You agree to provide accurate and updated information, including your contact number and delivery address.
Any activity occurring under your account is your sole responsibility.
3. Orders and Payments
All orders placed through the app are subject to availability and acceptance by the merchant.
Prices listed on the app may vary from in-store prices due to service fees or merchant adjustments.
Payments can be made via Cash on Delivery (COD) or other integrated payment gateways.
4. Delivery and Cancellations
Delivery times provided are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or merchant preparation times.
Cancellations are only permitted before the merchant begins preparing the order or before a rider is dispatched.
Epasugo reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for late-stage cancellations.
5. Limitation of Liability
Epasugo acts as a facilitator. While we strive for excellence, we are not liable for the specific quality of goods prepared by third-party merchants or for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
